RANGER is a lightweight night vision weapon sight
offered with 4X and 6X objective magnifications. It
features a unique drop-down eyepiece design that is
particularly suited for weapon mounting on the carrying
handles such as on the M16A2 and is constructed of a
high strength composite polymer for ruggedness and
lighter weight.
RANGER is activated for operation by a rotary
ON/OFF knob that also controls the red LED projected
reticle.
Mounts:
RANGER is directly compatible with
STANAG and Weaver style mounting devices.
Boresighting:
Windage and Elevation are controlled by
ballistics knobs matched to the objective
magnification.
