The HDS does not emit any muzzle side, position revealing light signature. The projected reticle pattern is visible only to the operator. Even Gen III night vision equipment cannot detect muzzle side signature. |

Night Vision Compatibility |

The HDS can be used in conjunction with Gen III Night Vision Systems. It can be operated with either head mounted or weapon mounted systems without causing “blooming” of the intensifier tubes. The HDS has 10 settings within the night vision mode. |
